Gafin was born with a shining brow, a son of Tudful the Martyr. He is a follower of Myddfai, and the ancient healing arts. From an early age he was dissecting lower limbs and treating ailments with a poultice of his own making. Some call him Druid, others a professional Podiatrist. He took up the pipes in his early twenties and is now one of Wales' leading pipers, a true pioneer, performing for weddings, festivals, funerals and since 2006, Carreg Lafar.
